Valentina
Beltran
CEO
Valentina was born in Bogotá at the dawn of BELT, growing up immersed in design, architecture, and metalwork. She is an architect and industrial designer from the Universidad de Los Andes, with a Master’s in Business Design and Strategy from Parsons University in New York. Her passion for crafting strategies, products, and experiences has shaped BELT’s customer-facing processes and brand identity, elevating its image and client experience.
As a partner and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Valentina leads the company’s growth strategy, business development, and innovation plans. With a creative and strategic mindset, she is dedicated to designing a business model that not only creates value but also generates a positive impact on society. Her ability to translate the vision of the most discerning clients into exceptional designs has established her as a trusted leader in the field.
Beyond her role in business development, Valentina has been instrumental in shaping BELT’s brand, communication, and marketing strategies. She also extended her expertise internationally, founding ORIGINE D.N.A. in Milan in 2012, a showroom that reflects her vision for design and craftsmanship on a global scale.

Simon is a Business Administrator with an emphasis in Project Management from Eafit University. He brings more than ten years of experience in various economic sectors. He integrates the main office in Colombia with operations in the United States, ensuring proper administrative functioning, legal compliance, supplier management, and team welfare.

Since 2017, he has been instrumental in standardizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality across BELT's production line.
