At our first meeting, the client requested a stair to the roof deck and an elevator to
enjoy the hilltop view. Inspired by classical design, we created a staircase with a
central glass elevator. Built in Colombia by Louis Beltran’s team, the stair was shipped
in a container, each tread individually wrapped and assembled on-site. Collaborating
with BELT remains one of the highlights of my career.
