Valentina
Beltran
CEO
Valentina was born in Bogotá at the dawn of BELT, growing up immersed in design, architecture, and metalwork. She is an architect and industrial designer from the Universidad de Los Andes, with a Master’s in Business Design and Strategy from Parsons University in New York. Her passion for crafting strategies, products, and experiences has shaped BELT’s customer-facing processes and brand identity, elevating its image and client experience.
As a partner and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Valentina leads the company’s growth strategy, business development, and innovation plans. With a creative and strategic mindset, she is dedicated to designing a business model that not only creates value but also generates a positive impact on society. Her ability to translate the vision of the most discerning clients into exceptional designs has established her as a trusted leader in the field.
Beyond her role in business development, Valentina has been instrumental in shaping BELT’s brand, communication, and marketing strategies. She also extended her expertise internationally, founding ORIGINE D.N.A. in Milan in 2012, a showroom that reflects her vision for design and craftsmanship on a global scale.

Simon is a Business Administrator with an emphasis in Project Management from Eafit University. He brings more than ten years of experience in various economic sectors. He integrates the main office in Colombia with operations in the United States, ensuring proper administrative functioning, legal compliance, supplier management, and team welfare.
Brand & Marketing Leader
Juana is a visual designer with additional studies in digital marketing who leads BELT’s brand and marketing vision through a balance of strategic direction and creative excellence. With a keen eye for aesthetics, communication, and emerging trends, she ensures every initiative, experience, and interaction reflects the studio’s identity and long term aspirations. Bridging storytelling, design, and market strategy, Juana translates BELT’s values into meaningful brand experiences that strengthen its positioning and expand its presence across key audiences. Her approach combines creative intuition with structured thinking, shaping a brand ecosystem where every touchpoint contributes to a consistent and enduring narrative.

Melissa is a business administrator specialized in marketing management. As Head of Markets & Business Development, she spearheads BELT’s global growth by defining strategic targets and cultivating key industry partnerships. With a focus on service excellence, Melissa aligns development and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client. Alejandra is an architect and Creative Experience Partner who bridges design, brand strategy, and immersive storytelling. Leveraging her background in urban design and experience-driven strategy, she translates BELT’s technical mastery into meaningful brand narratives. Juliana is an experienced architect with a strong track record of successfully managing complex projects. Her expertise lies in technical analysis, design, decision-making, and project management within multidisciplinary teams. As the Design leader in BELT, she is responsible for articulating and executing creative designs and inspiration strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. Juliana is committed to analyzing and creatively interpreting client requirements, desires, and dreams.

South East Florida – John is a senior project manager and architect with over 17 years of experience in delivering high-end customized projects. Serving as the vital link between clients and production, he translates complex architectural visions into refined technical realities with precision and care. John oversees the entire project lifecycle from navigating city permits to coordinating on-site construction teams to ensure seamless execution at every stage. His commitment to clear communication and technical mastery ensures an exceptional client experience, consistently producing tailored results that uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.

South West Florida – Sara is an architect with additional studies in interior design and extensive experience in high-end construction and remodeling across various productive sectors. She focuses on comprehensive project management and the development of strategic commercial relationships with luxury clients. Her sharp attention to detail, technical refinement, and clarity allow her to successfully manage complex projects and territories. By combining her architectural background with a client-centered approach, she ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and aligns perfectly with BELT’s vision of excellence.

Institutional Projects – Federico is an architect and product designer from the Universidad de los Andes with a career built on technical precision and organizational excellence. As the Project Success Manager for institutional projects, he leverages his experience as a former Project Leader for high-profile religious architecture in Barranquilla and New Zealand to deliver complex, large-scale results. Since 2017, he has been instrumental in standardizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality across BELT’s production line. His passion for systems thinking allows him to bridge the gap between ambitious architectural concepts and physical execution, ensuring every institutional project achieves long-term success.

With over 30 years of industrial design experience, Jorge leads the budgeting team, focusing on planning, controlling, and promptly verifying budgets and product standardization. They specialize in minimizing risk and maximizing production resources quantitative and qualitatively, enabling BELT to establish policies and strategies for making commercial decisions. Jorge is committed to ensuring profit while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Manufacturing Leader
Roger is a highly accomplished Metallurgical Engineer and Business Management Specialist with 24 years of extensive experience in the metalworking sector. He has a proven track record of leadership across the entire production lifecycle, having successfully served as Plant Supervisor, Quality Assurance Manager, Engineering Manager, and Plant Director. With deep technical expertise and a strategic approach to plant operations and quality management, Roger drives operational excellence and engineering innovation, ensuring that manufacturing capabilities consistently align with BELT’s high standards of success.
